Frequently Asked Questions

We ship ducklings at 1–2 days old, within 24 hours of hatch. At this age they have absorbed their yolk sac, which provides nutrition during shipping. This is the industry standard and safest method.

We ship to all 48 contiguous US states. Due to USDA regulations, we cannot ship to Hawaii or Alaska. Some states require a health certificate, which we provide at no extra cost.

Yes! We offer sexed ducklings for an additional $2 per bird. Unsexed (straight run) ducklings are priced as listed. Sexing is approximately 90% accurate.

You'll need a brooder (a large box or tub), heat lamp or brooder plate, pine shavings or paper towels for bedding, duck starter feed, and a waterer designed for ducklings. Our care guide covers setup in detail.

We have a 72-hour live guarantee. If any duckling arrives deceased or unhealthy, contact us within 72 hours with a photo, and we'll issue a full refund or ship replacements on our next hatch date — your choice.

Yes! Farm pickup is available by appointment. You'll get to see our facility, meet our flock, and hand-pick your ducklings. Pickup orders receive a 10% discount.
